The good news is that the pre filters are washable and reusable, so you can just rinse them out with cool water

This complete filter kit is everything you need to do a full filter swap on your Rocket Vacuum, ensuring that you're doing all you can to protect the quality of your air. After all, if you've noticed that your vacuum isn't running as efficiently as it used to, it may need a filter change. Partially clogged filters do not a happy vacuum make. The good news is that the pre-filters are washable and reusable, so you can just rinse them out with cool water until clear and let them air dry. Do this every four to six weeks to maintain the efficiency of your vacuum's filtration system. Remember to fully change all your filters every four to six months. Complete filter kit contains premotor filter kit and basic filter kit.

    HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
    Bought 3 year warranty for new Dyson vacuum for $76. On day 2 the battery for vacuum would not lock into place. In order to have a functioning vacuum as quickly as possible, I purchased a second battery from Amazon. That resolved the problem, proving the battery was the problem, not the vacuum. I filed a claim with Assurion, which included sending photos, receipts, etc. The claim was still "processing" for a week. I got on a chat with Assurion, and for nearly an hour I tried to explain why it was unnecessary for me to return the whole vacuum. I asked for a supervisor, but they advised me to call because no supervisor was available. I called, and after finally getting through the computer system, I got the same run around. Finally a supervisor came on the line to tell me that this was actually an Amazon or a Dyson problem, and that I would need to return the entire vacuum. Also they would not "reimburse" for the battery I purchased. I never wanted reimbursement, I only wanted a functional battery - which is what I paid for. The supervisor told me I could "contact" Amazon. Everyone knows there is no human to contact at Amazon. You can keep the product, or you can return the product. As previously stated, I do not want to return the vacuum. Finally, the supervisor connected my call to Dyson. They refused to help me because I purchased the vacuum through Amazon. After two wasted hours, I ended up just where I suspected I would...without any help at all. I am going to try to "return" the useless Assurion warranty.
